The Arts Council of Greater Weston is pleased to announce the winners of its 8th annual Summer Instagram Photo Contest. This year’s theme was “Peeking Through the Windows”, with participants creatively capturing balance and patterns. This year we had 151 entries and 27 photographers.
The Winners of this year season are Katja Akerman (First Place), Julissa Parisi (Second Place), Kabir Ghandi (Third Place), and Flavia Celestino (Most Liked).
Jurors are Phoenix Marks, Mabe Fernández, Lifrancis Rojas, Carlos Muñoz.
The top 25 photographs including all winning entries will be exhibited at the Weston Branch Library from September 1st – September 30th. You can also view the top 25 entries on the Arts Council’s Instagram (@1WestonFL) and Flickr (acgwfl) social media sites. There will be a reception to honor the photo artists.
